WARM Mindful Flow

This class is an exploration of your experience during the practice of yoga.  It is not about the teacher, but the student.  There will be a unique blend of pranayama and mindful, flowing movements in a warm room, allowing a free flow of energy through the body as you are guided deeper into your own experience.  As we become more mindful, both in class and in life, we begin to release old patterns and years of conditioning.  The breath, the movement, the body and the soul begin to merge and become one.   As it says in the first yoga sutra, Atha Anushasanam.  Now, begin yoga.
