The Core of the Pelvic Floor (6 Week Series)

It’s time to re-evaluate your relationship with the Pelvic Floor. Kegels are great AND we have over done them as the ONLY exercise for the Pelvic Floor.

The Pelvic Floor is way more dynamic than just Kegels- it is integrated with the entire body and it is affected by how the entire body moves.

Often the issues in the Pelvic Floor are due to compensations in other parts of the body- namely the feet, the hips, spine, neck and shoulder tension, and improper breathing!

You don’t need to be “fixed” because you are not “broken” There is no final place this body is going.  Instead this body is on a journey, a healing journey. Injuries are, and will always be, a part of our human adventure. Often we have no control over our injuries. How we respond to these injuries is what we can control.  Consistency, Compassion, and Commitment are good responses.

Join us for 6-weeks to work on gentle, fun, delicious-movement and proper breathing- all meant to improve the way we feel in this body.

Each week we will meet for 75 minutes to move and breathe.  The movements will all be based on assisting, integrating, and nourishing the pelvic floor - from the head to the toes!
