Flow & Yin

This class is designed for anyone who craves sweating, moving and stretching to end their day. The first half of the class will flow with asanas that build strength, mobility and balance. In a warm room, your body will be detoxing on a deeper level. The second half will be slowed down to the yin level; holding poses for longer to release tension throughout the muscles and connective tissue. The combination of both will leave your body feeling amazing, inside and out!
